Returns & Exchange
We are sure you’ll be delighted with your order, but we understand you may wish to cancel your order & return an item. This applies to goods purchased either face to face off-premises or at a distance. As of 13th June 2014 the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which implement the Consumer Rights Directive in UK Law, came into effect – This replaced the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
We offer a 30 day returns policy. You must cancel your order by writing to us via email or letter. You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to request a return. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel your order, you then have a further 16 days to return the goods to us. If the goods returned are received by Shoes2Adore outside of this time frame, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund. Any items to be returned must be unworn, unmarked, undamaged (including being damaged in transit to us) with all the tags attached or enclosed. The original manufacturer’s box must also be returned undamaged & there must be no missing contents. If the goods show signs of unreasonable use due to any wear & tear which lead to a diminished value, we reserve the right to deduct some or all monies from any refund due.

When returning the item to us, please enclose a copy of your original receipt and ensure that the goods are securely wrapped (waterproofed) with your name and address clearly visible.
Any goods returned will be at the customer’s expense & remain the customer’s responsibility until Shoes2Adore has taken safe delivery. We recommend you obtain proof of delivery (i.e. Royal Mail Signed For) & have adequate insurance cover for the parcel as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We will always endeavour to refund you within 2-3 days of receiving the item. If this isn’t possible we have until 14 days of receiving the goods to issue you with a refund.
You will receive a full refund of the item originally purchased. All goods returned that were sent with free delivery will only receive a refund for the cost of the goods. If you have opted for an enhanced delivery service e.g. first class/next day these costs will not be refunded. No refund will be given for the cost incurred to return the item to us.
As each individual order is classed as a unique contract, sadly we will not be able to simply exchange an item for you. The original goods will need to be returned as above & refunded by us as explained. For any replacement goods required, you will need to place a new order on our website. All replacement orders will be regarded as a new contract. The customer is responsible for paying for any shipping costs associated with this new order.
